Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective clients, assist in identifying suitable properties, and provide tailored consultation to meet their needs. Responsibilities include showcasing properties, maintaining client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and ensuring smooth transactions. This role requires proactive communication, effective negotiation, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using real estate-related tools and technology is a plus
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
