Role Description

Buzzz Over Branding is seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build partnerships, and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities include crafting business strategies, analyzing market trends, generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in positioning the agency as a preferred partner for scaling businesses looking for innovative digital marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition
• Excellent skills in communication, relationship management, and negotiation
• Understanding of digital marketing domains such as Branding, SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media
• Ability to research, analyze, and leverage market trends for strategic opportunities
• Effective organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or relevant industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software is an advantage
