We are looking for a Techno Manager with strong hands-on experience in .NET and front-end technologies with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), who can lead end-to-end project and product deliveries, manage multiple cross-functional teams, and act as a strategic interface between clients, delivery, and technology teams. This is a leadership role that requires technical depth, excellent people management skills, and business acumen.
Responsibilities :
Project & Product Delivery Ownership :
- Own and drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the technical and delivery SPOC for multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with client security, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- Enforce best practices, coding standards, architecture guidelines, and design reviews.
- Actively identify technical risks and develop / implement mitigation plans.
Client & Stakeholder Communication :
Understand client expectations, project sensitivity, and business value of each initiative.Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers, translating business needs into actionable solutions.Conduct regular milestone reviews, post-mortems, process audits, and retrospectives.Provide transparent and proactive updates to management on project health, risks, and dependencies.Strategic Contributions :
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX, QA, DevOps, and business analysts to drive product vision and roadmap execution.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in alignment with Varsenos value proposition.Proactively escalate issues with possible resolutions to management, ensuring risks are mitigated timely.Technical Leadership :
Lead architecture discussions, technology decisions, and infrastructure design across .NET, Azure / AWS environments.Oversee creation and approval of technical project plans, test strategies, and ensure customer sign-offs before implementation.Foster innovation and continuously look for performance optimization and technical excellence.People & Resource Management :
Build and manage high-performing technical teams, identifying skill gaps and addressing training needs and mentor the team.Work with the Resource Management Team to plan resource availability and identify backups for high-risk or critical team members.Effectively handle team transitions, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and ensure minimum disruption to delivery.Inspire and mentor junior / mid-level engineers and ensure employee engagement and growth.(ref : hirist.tech)
