About the Role

Profile : HR & Admin Executive

Experience : 6 Months- 1 year

Location : Full-time On-site Connaught Place New Delhi

Salary :

You will be part of our HR & Admin team supporting both people. Operations and administrative functions. The role involves handling employees grievances recruitment documentation and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle employee grievance resolution with professionalism and empathy.

Manage the visa application & tickets processes for Directors and senior management.

Support end-to-end recruitment activities sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding.

Maintain employee attendance and HR documentation.

Assist in HR operations such as induction employee engagement and drafting HR letters / memos.

Perform administrative tasks like printing scanning filing and coordinating office requirements.

Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Required Skillset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit) .

Basic knowledge of HR processes recruitment and labour laws.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage both HR and admin responsibilities effectively.
