Requirements
We are hiring a dedicated and resourceful Admin & HR Executive to manage office administration, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and HR support tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills with 3–4 years of relevant experience in office administration and basic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration :
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory records
- Handle maintenance, cleanliness, and repair coordination
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office and reception activities
- Track and manage courier, dispatch, and stationery usage
Vendor & Asset Management :
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, utilities, IT support, etc.Negotiate and manage AMC contracts, service quality, and paymentsMaintain vendor database and service agreementsStatutory & HR Compliance :
Support PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, and labour law complianceMaintain compliance documentation and registersAssist in audit coordination and documentationVisa & Documentation :
Support visa processing, documentation, and follow-up with external consultantsOrganize travel documents and maintain recordsHR Coordination :
Maintain employee records and handle basic onboarding formalitiesDraft HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.)Support leave, attendance, and payroll coordinationCandidate Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in B.Com or BBA3–4 years of relevant experience in Admin and HRStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of statutory complianceProficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and document controlPrior experience in vendor and facility management preferred
