Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Financial Leadership

Design and implement financial strategies that align with Zocket's growth objectives

Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.

Drive financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting to fuel growth initiatives.

Scalable Accounting & Compliance

Establish and oversee scalable accounting processes to manage increasing complexity as the company grows.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including tax laws and SaaS-specific standards (SOC 2, GDPR).

Lead financial audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting.

Cash Flow Management

Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs and growth investments.

Develop robust financial models to assess liquidity and risk mitigation strategies.

Tax Strategy & Optimization

Ensure timely and accurate tax filings across jurisdictions.

Identify opportunities for tax optimization, including cross-border SaaS taxation frameworks.

Risk Management & Compliance

Develop policies to mitigate financial and operational risks as the company scales.

Ensure alignment with SaaS compliance standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO certifications.

Team Leadership & Culture

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and innovation.

Cultivate a startup mindset while ensuring excellence in execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and ensure financial discipline.

Prepare and present financial performance updates to the executive team, board, and investors.

Operational Efficiency

Drive automation of financial processes and implement scalable tools like ERP systems, SaaS billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, SaaSOptics), and advanced reporting frameworks.
