Role Description

Build and scale the finance transformation practice. Own service delivery, team development, client acquisition, and practice visibility.

Key Result Areas :

1. Client Delivery Excellence :

Achieve 100% successful end-to-end delivery for CFO clients with no more than 2 escalations per quarter, ensuring timely and actionable governance meetings.

2. Process Efficiency Improvement :

Increase process efficiency by at least 5% year-over-year through automation or process redesign for recurring clients.

3. Financial Metrics :

Maintain timesheet default below 10% and reduce average collection days to under 60 days.

4. Client Relationship & Experience :

Attain a client satisfaction score (CSS) of 70–80% with an average rating above 4, while building strong operational relationships with at least 80% of the client base.

5. Team Development & Retention :

Mentor and develop junior team members into long-term contributors, conducting quarterly 360° feedback sessions and facilitating at least 8 technical or managerial training sessions annually.

6. Digital & Automation Initiatives :

Identify and implement automation solutions that yield measurable effort and time savings.

7. Business Growth & Culture :

Generate new business with 70% from CFO services, foster a culture of openness and collaboration, and lead quarterly process improvements that enhance delivery standards and empower junior staff through structured delegation.
