Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with

IND AS .

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Handle GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost reduction initiatives.

Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.

Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Assist operational team / management in decision-making by providing data and compliance inputs.

Facilitate inter-department communication.
