Senior Finance Manager | Early-Stage Fintech Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the business to help build and drive the Finance function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Help transition the Finance function from an external vendor to in-house

Drive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting

Drive strong financial controls and processes for the business

Manage tax reporting

Manage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationships

Help the founder with basic budgeting, forecasting, and business planning

Help the founder with financial and investor reporting

Qualifications

Someone currently based in Bangalore

Between 5 and 10 years of experience

CA / CPA preferred

Someone with a big 4 background would be advantageous

Prior experience liaising with Financial services clients on AR will be an advantage

Prior experience working in a startup would be highly advantageous

Someone who embraces ambiguity and thrives on building things from the ground up
