Senior Finance Manager | B2B SaaS Portfolio Company

One of our B2B SaaS companies is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the business to drive the Finance function as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Drive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting with external vendors

Drive strong financial controls and processes for the business in line with US and India regulations

Manage tax reporting for the entities in India and the US

Manage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationships

Help the founder with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning

Help the founder with financial and investor reporting

Qualifications

Someone currently based in Bangalore

Between 5 and 10 years of experience

CA / CPA preferred

Someone with a big 4 background would be advantageous

Prior experience working in a startup would be highly advantageous

Someone with experience with SaaS models and the experience dealing with clients in the US would be considered an ideal profile

Someone who embraces ambiguity and thrives on building things from the ground up
