Job Overview :

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the D2C website and marketplace platforms while ensuring seamless operations. The role requires expertise in sales strategy, operations, marketing, mobile app management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience and maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Revenue Generation & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning for maximum conversion.
  • Improve website and app conversion rates through UI / UX enhancements, A / B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across performance channels (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).

2. Operations & Order Fulfillment

  • Oversee daily operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.
  • Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts or excess
