Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the online sales channel. This includes developing and executing e-commerce strategies, overseeing website development and user experience, monitoring and optimizing sales performance, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Day-to-day tasks may include analyzing sales data, managing online marketing campaigns, improving customer experience, and handling online promotions and sales events.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively
Sales : Experience in driving sales and achieving sales targets
E-Commerce : Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices
Marketing : Understanding of online marketing strategies and techniques
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for reporting and analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
