Leading the Business Development, Sales Vertical by proposing a strategy for the vertical, managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical.Identifies marketing, Sales and Business Development opportunities by identifying client requirements; defining market, competitors share, strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business.Developing and guiding Field Marketing Executive (FME) team in sourcing, managing and developing new business opportunities.Review and report on business development ensuring that strategic objectives are well understood and executed by FMEs.Developing and sustaining rapport with key account clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunitiesProvides regular information to upper management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.From time to time, unlisted / additional responsibilities, tasks and duties may be assigned on temporary or regular basis depending upon business needs.Candidate Profile
- Must have at least 4 years of prior experience in Sales, Marketing, business development.
- Having worked for a healthcare service provider in a similar capacity will be a plus.
- Should have prior experience of managing a team size of 4 -10 people.
- Should have an excellent written and oral communication skill.
- Expertise with MS Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills.
