Job description

Business Strategy and Planning :

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

New Business Acquisition :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Pitch the companys products / services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Regularly engage with clients to upsell additional products / services and secure contract renewals.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Collaborative Selling :

Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.

Negotiation and Contract Management :

Negotiate business contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.

Review and finalize agreements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Sales Reporting and Analysis :

Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities.

Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and progress against targets.

Industry and Market Awareness :

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities.

Use market insights to adapt and refine the business development strategy
