Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Ahmedabad. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, providing information about our services, assisting clients with their travel needs, and booking services as required. The role also involves client follow-up, maintaining call records, and achieving call targets set by the management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and making outbound calls
• Experience in sales and customer support
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call management systems
• Abilities to work independently and as part of a team
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards client engagement
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
