Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for international business units. Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory requirements across operating geographies. Consolidate global financial statements and oversee monthly / quarterly / year-end closing processes. Partner with leadership to evaluate new market entries, pricing strategies, and investment decisions. Implement robust internal controls, risk management, and audit practices. Drive working capital optimization, tax planning, and treasury management for overseas entities. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies in multiple jurisdictions. Support cross-border M&A, partnerships, and expansion initiatives with financial due diligence. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across international locations. Chartered Accountant with 7-12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 7 years in an international finance leadership role. Strong exposure to FMCG / Consumer Wellness / Retail sectors preferred. Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and multi-country statutory reporting. Proven track record in financial consolidation, compliance, and governance. Experience in scaling businesses across global markets (especially US, EU, Middle East, SEA). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic financial leadership International tax & treasury management Strong analytical & problem-solving ability ERP / financial systems expertise (SAP) Cross-cultural team management Opportunity to lead finance for a high-growth wellness brand expanding globally.
