Your role

Act as a business partner with an operational mindset

Manage relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts

Report and analyze KPIs (WIPBIA, revenue, cost)

Analyze budget vs forecast on project portfolio

Monthly closing, revenue recognition, provisions, and variance analysis

Interface with Delivery Controlling teams and ensure cost containment

Update reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial standards

Support coordination with Sales / Analyst teams for client offers

Ensure compliance with internal and external audits

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 6 to 12 years of work experience

Your profile

Strong understanding of project controlling and financial statement impact

SAP HANA (minimum 2 years hands-on experience)

Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modeling, queries), Access, Power BI

Excellent communication skills.
