Job descriptionOwn the P&L for key business verticals; provide insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability levers. Partner with business, growth, and category teams to drive financial accountability and strategic decision-making. Monitor and analyse sales trends, marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs, and contribution margins. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the business units. Design and track KPIs and dashboards to enable data-backed business decisions. Drive cost optimization, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives. Support strategic projects like new product launches, channel expansion, and pricing decisions. Liaise with cross-functional teams including supply chain, tech, and operations to ensure end-to-end financial visibility. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, MIS, and variance analysis. Chartered Accountant (CA) 2-6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and business performance management. Proven experience in partnering with business leaders and driving outcomes. Excellent Excel, financial modeling, and presentation skills (PowerPoint). Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic finance role with direct impact on business growth. Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.
