Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – Messaging Engineer
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Exchange Online issues such as email access, delivery failures, and mailbox settings.
- Assist with basic DNS troubleshooting and domain configurations.
- Support Cloudflare-related tasks including DNS record updates and SSL settings under supervision.
- Respond to incidents and requests related to user identity and access management (IAM), including account lockouts and MFA.
- Support certificate renewal tracking and assist with installations on Windows systems.
- Provide end-user support for Windows desktop environments including performance issues, logon problems, and profile corruption.
- Assist in Windows patch deployment and basic troubleshooting of patch failures.
- Log all incidents and service requests in the ITSM system, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2 / L3 with proper documentation.
- Maintain and update SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Exp in technical support or service desk role.Basic knowledge of Exchange Online (O365) email configuration and support.Understanding of DNS concepts and ability to identify resolution issues.Familiarity with Cloudflare DNS and basic web performance / security settings.Experience with user identity support including Active Directory, Azure AD, and MFA.Knowledge of certificate management lifecycle (basic level).Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 / 11 desktop environments.Exposure to Windows patching tools like WSUS, SCCM, or Intune.Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
