We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Responsible for identifying training needs for their team members and also be able to train them in certain areas
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field3-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agencyExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channelsProven track record of successful account management and client retentionAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
