Eligibility :
- Graduate in any stream with minimum 2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools / HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA) .
- Candidates residing in the western suburbs will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, managing recruitment, and overseeing the end-to-end hiring process.Conducting employee onboarding, inductions, and monitoring probation / performance during the initial period.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal files, attendance, leave management).Preparing payroll, salary structures, tax-exempt heads, payslips , and ensuring timely disbursement.Handling statutory compliances including PF, ESIC payments, filings, and coordination with consultants.Supporting employee engagement initiatives and ensuring a positive workplace environment.Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.Preparing reports and MIS for management review.What We Offer :
