Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive – Payroll Management Services. The role is based in Navi Mumbai, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, conducting sales meetings, presenting payroll management solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction post-sales. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Knowledge and experience in Payroll Management Services or related fields
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
Ability to analyze client needs and create tailored solutions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with self-directed productivity
Experience in a similar sales role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
