Windows Server Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP , and File / Print Services .
• Monitor server performance, availability, and security using tools like System Center, Nagios, or SolarWinds .
• Apply system patches, updates, and firmware upgrades regularly.
• Perform backup and disaster recovery operations using tools like Veeam, Commvault, or Windows Backup .
• Maintain server and data center documentation including asset inventory and network topology.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related server issues.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware .
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Collaborate with application and network teams for cross-functional IT support.
