Job description :

Active Directory Management :

• Implement and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including domain controllers.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units, ensuring adherence to security policies.
• Develop, update, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across complex multiple domain environments.
• Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Creating a backup and safeguarding the data if there are any hindrances
• Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers
• Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, and password / identity management systems
• Must possess proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed computing environment should include : Directory Services Infrastructure architect / design / support
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, including Domain Controller promotion, Metadata Cleanup, DNS, DHCP.
• Monitor and optimize server performance to meet organizational standards and requirements.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery by implementing appropriate backup and restore procedures.
• Automate routine tasks, deployments, and monitoring through scripting (PowerShell, VBS or similar).
• Configure and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to plan and execute infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes.
