MCSE / MCSA / Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator / VCP certification / / Azure 104 Server administrator is must and should have handled windows server administration activities

including Active Directory, OS patches, DNS, DHCP, software installation,

upgradation, backup restoration and performance tuning tasks , Virtual

environment administration activities (Citrix / VM Ware / Hyper-V) etc

Secondary Skills :

• Monitoring, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery of Exchange, Windows
• Servers (physical or virtual) and Active Directory Domain Controllers. Attend and resolve related issues.
• Performs daily monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, resources, systems, key
• processes, reviewing system, application appliance logs, verifying completion of scheduled jobs. Take
• corrective action in timely manner.
• Excellent knowledge on Exchange O365 / 2013 / 2016 / 2019, Windows Servers and Active Directory Domain
• Controllers.
• Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing
• replication.
• Manage, maintain troubleshoot email gateway related issues, anti-spam (Sophos, Barracuda, etc.) related
• issues etc.
• Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues.
• Excellent Knowledge on Exchange, Server and Office 365 PowerShell scripts.
• Monitoring, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery of Virtualization
• environment such as VMWare Server / ESX or Microsoft HyperV / Virtual Server. Attend and resolve related
• issues.
• Good active directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues.
• Define Backup and restore Exchange configuration / dbs.
• Good Knowledge on DAG / Failover cluster.
• Recovering Exchange Server from failures.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills on mail routing.
• Analysing Events / Logs / IIS logs / Cluster logs.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis / Automations.
• Expert knowledge in trouble shooting Email routing issues, DAG, End User connectivity issues.
• Design and deployment Exchange server high availability using database availability group.
• Configuring troubleshooting Auto Discover, Offline Address Book, Out of Office, Scheduling.
• Exchange ActiveSync, Outlook Web Access, Outlook Connectivity, RPC over HTTP (Outlook Anywhere).
• Ensure services are maintained according to the Contract scope.
• Flexibility to work on shifts and weekend / off-hours support to ensure 24 / 7 availability of Server, backup and
• email Infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
