Role Overview :
We are seeking a Strategic Senior Manager for Organizational Development & Learning to join our HR team as an Individual Contributor. This role is crucial in maintaining USV's competitive edge by developing and nurturing our workforce through comprehensive learning and development interventions.
Key Management (30%) :
- Execute annual L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives and needs
- Design and deliver training programs including planning, preparation, and infrastructure readiness
- Facilitate key programs : POSH, New Manager Orientation, Supervisory Skills, and Competency-based behavioral training
- Coordinate with external agencies for HO function training programs
- Track and measure program effectiveness through pre and post-training assessments.
Learning Management System (30%) :
Implement and manage LMS (PeopleStrong), tracking training progress and generating effectiveness reportsDesign and create learning modules in collaboration with SMEs and Sales L&D teamHandle content creation, curation, finalization, and release on PeopleStrong LMSDevelop ready reckoners and link external coursesConduct learning-related polls and surveysNew Projects & Innovation (30%) :
Lead new initiatives and transformation work including process improvement and organizational developmentImplement digitized learning interventionsDrive supervisory capability development in communication, coaching, and performance managementVendor Partner Management (10%) :
Coordinate with third-party vendors, trainers, and agencies for registration and onboardingManage vendor relationships and coordinate with finance for timely paymentsRequired Qualifications :
Education : Masters in Business Administration (HR) - Full TimeExperience : 7-15 years in Learning & DevelopmentEssential Skills :
Conceptual knowledge of learning theoriesExperience in driving organization-wide learning initiativesHands-on experience with LMS, preferably PeopleStrongStrategic thinking and planning capabilitiesExcellent training facilitation skillsStrong communication skills (presentation, written, and oral)Exceptional planning and organizing abilitiesWhat We Offer :
