Position Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the role of Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development . The selected candidates will be responsible for driving B2B and retail business growth, focusing on engagement with medical retailers and chemist stores to promote products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit retailers, chemist stores, and other medical outlets in Dalkhola and nearby areas as per a planned daily schedule.
- Meet and engage with medical retailers to promote B2B e-commerce solutions, emphasizing transparent pricing, assured delivery, and quality service.
- Generate and process sales orders while meeting assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with team leaders to resolve retailer concerns and ensure smooth business operations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports, maintain accurate records, and share feedback from the market.
- Ensure professional representation of the organization in all interactions with clients.
Qualifications and Experience :
Experience : 2–6 years in B2B, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sales or related fieldwork.Education : Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree (candidates with HS and relevant experience may also apply).Skills Required :Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong relationship management and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated and target-oriented.
