Job Purpose :
Responsible for business planning and execution of strategic account management in key government and private accounts
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
Key account management :
Review and analyze prevailing business vis a vis the business opportunities and future growth potential in various key accounts
Responsible to liaise with external stakeholders of the key accounts to gather insights and roll out planned strategies Planning and execution of strategic account management.
Develop business relationships with cross functional stakeholders of the key accounts Maintain a complete database of all planned & implemented activities per account to effectively track implementation and to keep all the stakeholders informed
Responsible to liaise with internal stakeholders like market access managers for supporting in rate contracts and renewal of RCs
HCP engagement
Meeting the selected HCPs as per described frequency and call average
Responsible for creating and executing the External expert (EE) engagement plan
Having a science led conversation with the HCPs
Responsible to address any queries from internal and external stakeholders
Business planning and execution
Planning and executing the sales plan on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Delivery of account wise sales and new patient recruitment plan
Driving access specialty medicines to more eligible patients
Basic Qualifications :
Must have good experience of working in specialty business and must have good knowledge of institutional sales
Must be a Science Graduate with strong Sales experience
5+ years of Sales experience
Other Skills :
Confident and capable of communicating and operating at all levels
Ability to cultivate and manage external and internal stakeholder relationships
Ability to understand regulatory and compliance requirements of Pharmaceuticals Industry and apply it for developing solutions
