Sales Officer- Bancassurance Life Insurance

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Officer for a Bancassurance role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers, managing relationships, and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales : Actively cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers.
• Lead Management : Utilize leads generated from the assigned bank to make appointments and explore customers' financial needs.
• Customer Acquisition : Acquire new customers by effectively using the bank's database, foot traffic, and generated prospects.
• Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers for business development.
• Process & Compliance : Accurately complete sales documentation and facilitate the completion of medical reports to ensure the prompt issuance of policy documents.
• Training & Coaching : Support and coach other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team on product knowledge and selling skills.
