Sales Head Global Capability Centres (GCC Focus) | 15+ years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably with GCCs, IT / ITES, or staffing industry.
Target : Drive a minimum of $3 million in annual revenue from GCC clients.
Role Lead revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with Global Capability Centres in the GCC region.
- Drive consultative sales of staffing, diversity hiring, outplacement, and workforce-as-a-service solutions.
- Focusing on hunting opportunities and building deep farming efforts.
- Build a strong pipeline of enterprise GCC accounts through CXO-level networking (CHROs, CIOs, CFOs).
- Create bespoke hiring solutions aligned with GCC demands across IT, engineering, and semi-skilled functions.
- Own the complete sales cycle : prospecting pitching closing account expansion.
- Represent SheWork.in in GCC-focused HR / tech summits and roundtables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery, customer success, and upselling.
Ideal Profile :
