About the Role - Terminal Sales (Global Markets)
We are seeking a visionary and well-networked Sales Leader with 10-20 years of proven success in international biometric terminal and identity hardware sales, capable of building strategic alliances and driving rapid global growth.
This role will lead the Terminal Sales vertical globally, expanding Mantra's market share across Telecom (SIM registration, eKYC), Healthcare (field enrollment, patient verification), Law Enforcement, Border Control & Immigration, Elections, and Foundational ID programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, an established global network of industry partners, and the ability to translate relationships into high-value opportunities and multi-country pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global sales strategy for biometric handheld terminals and verification devices across government and enterprise verticals.
- Build and leverage high-value relationships with system integrators, distributors, ministries, and enterprise partners in Africa, APAC, and Europe.
- Design and execute go-to-market frameworks to establish Mantra as a preferred terminal provider in Telecom, Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Border Control & Immigration, Elections, and Foundational ID domains.
- Collaborate closely with the Product, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to ensure solution readiness aligned to regional market demands.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles - from lead identification to commercial negotiation, contract closure, and delivery coordination.
- Establish strategic alliances and framework agreements with major institutional and enterprise partners globally.
- Represent Mantra in global identity exhibitions and procurement forums to enhance brand credibility and market influence.
- Provide leadership to regional sales teams and align business objectives with corporate goals.
