About the Role - RSM / Director - Kiosk Sales (Global Tenders)

We are seeking a strategic and accomplished global sales leader to head the Kiosk Sales vertical at Mantra Smart Identity.

The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in self-service kiosk solutions, spanning both government and enterprise sectors, with proven expertise in developing multi-country business pipelines, OEM relationships, and turnkey deployments.

This is a P&L leadership role, responsible for scaling the kiosk business globally through institutional partnerships, enterprise integrations, and regional channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global business growth for biometric and non-biometric self-service kiosks across Government, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, QSR, Transport, and Citizen Service domains.
  • Define and execute global go-to-market and channel strategies to position Mantra as a preferred kiosk OEM.
  • Identify and close multi-region partnerships with system integrators, ministries, banks, and enterprise clients.
  • Manage large-scale deployments such as government enrollment kiosks, hospital check-in kiosks, retail ordering stations, and banking / payment terminals.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to develop modular kiosk architectures for sector-specific use cases.
  • Drive sales through distributors, resellers, and strategic OEM / ODM collaborations.
  • Represent Mantra in industry events (GITEX, Seamless, ID4Africa, Trustech, RetailTech) for visibility and business development.
  • Build and mentor regional sales teams aligned with revenue and profitability goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue & Profitability : Achieve annual sales and margin targets for the kiosk vertical.
  • Strategic Pipeline Creation : Establish measurable business opportunities within 6-12 months across multiple sectors.
  • Market Expansion : Entry into at least three new verticals (Retail, BFSI, QSR, etc.) or new country markets annually.
  • Partnership Development : Number and value of partnerships / MoUs signed with integrators, government agencies, and enterprises.
  • Brand Positioning : Representation at global exhibitions and inclusion in key eGov and enterprise RFPs.
  • Leadership Impact : Development of regional teams and alignment with corporate Attributes & Technical Expertise
  • Multi-Sector Expertise : Deep knowledge of kiosk ecosystems across Government, BFSI, Retail / QSR, Healthcare, and Transport.
  • Strategic Leadership : Proven ability to lead international sales and drive multi-year P&L growth.
  • Solution Orientation : Strong understanding of hardware-software integration, peripherals, and UX customization.
  • Market Intelligence : Insight into regional kiosk trends, certification standards, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Global Network : Established relationships with ministries, banks, telecoms, system integrators, and OEMs.
  • Commercial Acumen : Skilled in global bidding, pricing, and long-term contract negotiation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration : Ability to motivate global sales teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Executive Presence : Represents the organization confidently in C-level and international forums.
