Role : Learning & Development (L&D)
We are seeking a proactive and energetic
candidate
with strong facilitation, training, and program management skills to enhance our learning culture across corporate & field.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and evaluate learning programs across functions
Conduct behavioral, functional, and compliance training sessions
Drive training calendars, attendance, feedback, and assessments
Coordinate with external trainers, institutes, and vendors
Identify capability gaps and create targeted development interventions
Support onboarding & induction programs
Maintain LMS / training MIS and ensure documentation compliance
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to engage diverse teams, including frontline workforce
Experience in Pharma / FMCG / Wellness is an added advantage
