We are seeking a skilled Network Voice Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our enterprise voice communication infrastructure. The role involves maintaining VoIP systems, troubleshooting connectivity, and ensuring high-quality, uninterrupted voice communication across the Responsibilities :

• Administer and manage VoIP gateways (Audiocodes, Cisco) to ensure stability and uptime.
• Monitor and troubleshoot voice circuits to maintain seamless communication.
• Support and configure call recording and workforce management systems (e.g., Verint, NICE).
• Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for call routing and communication control.
• Support Contact Center servers and Genesys Cloud solutions, optimizing system performance.
• Maintain IPC phone trading systems and Cisco Jabber for enterprise communication.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging voice technologies and recommend adoption where :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Voice Engineer
• Strong knowledge of VoIP gateways, call routing, and CUCM administration
• Experience with Verint, NICE, Cisco Jabber, and Genesys Cloud
• Familiarity with voice recording systems and IPC phone systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
