Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online ads.
• Manage offline marketing activities such as hoardings, print media, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Create and manage engaging content, brochures, videos, and marketing collateral aligned with project branding.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute lead generation strategies and monitor conversion rates.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
