We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital lead generation strategy across LinkedIn and Google. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B campaign management, ad optimization, and funnel analytics — with a focus on generating qualified leads for our design-build and technology businesses.
Role
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Build and manage lead funnels, nurturing campaigns, and audience segmentation for different business verticals (construction tech, interior design, lighting products).
- Work closely with sales and business teams to align campaigns with ongoing outreach and conversion goals.
- Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and generate actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and keyword strategies for maximum conversion.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
- Report weekly / monthly dashboards on lead quality, conversion ratios, and ad spends.
Ideal Candidate
3–6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, retargeting, and performance marketing analytics.Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar platforms.Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven marketing decisions.Excellent communication, creative thinking, and coordination skills across multiple teams.Good to have
Experience in marketing for construction, interiors, or SaaS platforms.Exposure to content marketing, SEO, or social media strategy.A portfolio of past campaigns or performance case studies.Skills Required
