Job descriptionSEO & SEM Management : Oversee SEO / SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and paid search performance. Content Strategy : Guide the creation of high-quality content including blogs, videos, Analytics & Reporting : Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.), analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to leadership. Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability. Budget Oversight : Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency across campaigns. Website Optimization : Drive UX and CRO improvements through audits, A / B testing, and technical SEO enhancements. Social Media Management : Oversee brand presence across social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement. Email Marketing : Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Agency & Vendor Coordination : Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and Compliance & Branding : Ensure all digital activities adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain brand integrity. Innovation & Trends : Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Leadership Communication : Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
