Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead our human resources function across all branches. The ideal candidate will be a people-first leader who can design and implement robust HR strategies, drive employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR operations for a workforce of 300+ professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy, policies, and processes across all Valueline branches.

Drive talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning to support business growth.

Oversee performance management, training, and development programs.

Draft and implement clear organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.

Manage payroll, employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

Build a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Partner with leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Requirements

7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or allied industries.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Proven track record of managing HR operations for large teams (250+ employees).

Experience in organizational structure design and hierarchy drafting.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
