Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
