Key Deliverables
- Establish and nurture user experience initiatives that enhance shopping experiences for Meesho users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Tech, and Data) to drive user-centric strategies.
- Lead and manage strategic initiatives aimed at transforming user engagement and satisfaction.
- Own and monitor performance metrics related to User Experience within the fulfillment and experience domain.
Role Responsibilities
Lead projects that redefine the approach to user engagement and satisfaction at Meesho.Partner closely with program managers and leaders in fulfillment and user / supplier experience.Drive initiatives focused on user-centric, cost-effective designs and processes for long-term improvements.Ensure that Meesho remains the preferred e-commerce platform for all customer segments by continuously evaluating and improving the user experience.Skills Required
