Business Analyst - Reinsurance Domain

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Reinsurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and deliver reinsurance solutions that support business objectives and regulatory compliance. The role demands a deep understanding of reinsurance contracts, operations, and processes across both Facultative and Treaty types.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

• Engage with business stakeholders, SMEs, and end-users to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements specific to reinsurance.
• Translate complex reinsurance business processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
