Job description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in defining, gathering, and documenting business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Elicit and Document Business Requirements : Conduct thorough requirements-gathering sessions (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys) with business stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Document business requirements clearly, concisely, and accurately using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., user stories, use cases).
- Create and maintain detailed functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain data mapping documents.
- Process Mapping and Analysis : Document and analyze existing business processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements using Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and document new business processes as needed.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and other quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and ensure successful system implementation.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users after system go-live.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Stay Current : Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
Qualifications :
Experience : 8 years of total experience with 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or other relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.Technical Skills : Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.Experience with Agile development methodologies.(ref : hirist.tech)
