4. Contact Center, like Genesys, and its integration with Salesforce

5. Knowledge in Experience Cloud

6. Lightning Web Component, JavaScript, and Flows

7. Integration - using REST API, Platform events, and middleware tools

8. CI / CD pipelines, Git-based collaboration, and DevOps like AutoRABIT

9. Salesforce Certifications - Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II

10. Working with team members covering multiple time zones

11. Analyze business requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions

12. Agile / Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA / Confluence

13. Lead the team of Salesforce developers

14. Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have Skills

1. Experience in a cloud platform like Google Cloud

2. Practical understanding or working knowledge in Agentforce capabilities
