Job descriptionIntegrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and middleware platforms using REST / SOAP APIs. Manage data flow and system communications across internal and third-party platforms, ensuring performance, security, and Collaboration & Enablement : Engage with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality code. Lead client training, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions to promote best practices and & Maintenance : Maintain documentation including design specs, interface definitions, and deployment plans. Stay up to date with Salesforce Commerce Cloud innovations and release cycles to enhance solution delivery. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years specifically in B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) implementations. Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL / SOSL. Strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and integration. Experience in CI / CD practices, Git, and Salesforce DX development environment. Demonstrated ability to design scalable architectures and resolve complex integration challenges. Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer - Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I & II - Preferred Salesforce Certified Administrator - Preferred Other Salesforce specialty certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design & Development :
- Architect and implement B2B Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) solutions, including product catalog, pricing, promotions, cart, and order workflows.
- Develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript to extend the Commerce Cloud functionality.
- Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to convert functional requirements into robust technical designs.
