About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in
Service Cloud
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize
Salesforce Service Cloud
features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Service Console, and Entitlements.
Develop custom solutions using
Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow
to enhance Service Cloud functionality.
Integrate Service Cloud with third-party applications and internal systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work on automation, workflow rules, process builder, and advanced
flows
to streamline service operations.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Participate in deployment, release management, and ongoing support activities.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a
focus on Service Cloud .
Strong knowledge of
Case Management, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, and Knowledge Base .
Hands-on experience with
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows .
Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data model.
Experience with REST / SOAP API integrations.
Salesforce
Service Cloud Consultant certification
(preferred, not mandatory).
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication and client interaction skills.
Self-driven with a learning mindset.
