Bethanie Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This exciting role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
- Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
- Work 3 days per week in the Mandurah / Peel (Port Kennedy office) region and 2 days per week in the Bunbury (Eaton office) region.
This role offers stability and reliability with no shift work required. This schedule allows for a consistent routine, making it easier to balance work and personal life.
Key responsibilities :
Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homesConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor and evaluate client progress and adjust care plans as necessaryCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic careEducate clients and their families on health management and disease preventionAbout you :
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NursePrevious experience in home care or community nursing is preferredExcellent wound management skillsCPR & First Aid qualificationsStrong clinical skills and the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and reliable vehicleCurrent National Police Clearance or willing to apply for oneWorking with Bethanie
