We are currently seeking a Registered Nurses to provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie Dalyellup Aged Care Home. Bethanie Dalyellup is our newest site, with 120 beds across six small houses providing 24 hour care for people with diverse needs including dementia, palliative care and high care requirements.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care and case management. Supervision, direction and leadership of nursing and care / support staff will also be part of your role.

This role is offered on a permanent part time basis, working 24 hours per fortnight across the following roster :

Week 1 : Wednesday and Thursday 6.45am - 3.15pm

Week 2 : Wednesday 6.45am - 3.15pm

About You

• Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is not essential
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
