Registered Nurse - Eaton

Bethanie is a leading not for profit aged care provider based in Western Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie Fields Aged Care Home located in Eaton. Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Fields is a 160 bed facility designed specifically to provide support for people who need 24 hour care, including those with special care needs and dementia.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care and case management. Supervision, direction and leadership of nursing and care / support staff will also be part of your role.

This role is available on a permanent, full time basis. There are various shifts available (AM, PM and Night).

About You

• Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is not essential
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations (minimum of one covid and annual flu)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply for one)
