Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth by generating qualified leads, reaching out to prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. This role blends sales, client acquisition, and digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & pursue new business opportunities (national & international).

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, ads, and cold calling.

Daily outreach : 15–20 calls / emails to prospective clients / vendors.

Conduct client visits, tele-calling, lead generation & follow-ups.

Negotiate & close deals, manage invoices & proposals.

Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO activities (on-page, off-page, technical).

Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategies in collaboration with the team.

Build and nurture strong client / vendor relationships to drive growth.

Collaborate with creative teams for pitches & campaigns.

Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports & market analysis.

Requirements

Min. 3 years of experience in an Advertising / Digital Marketing Agency.

Stable career history (max 2 companies in the last 3 years).

Proven ability to handle portfolios of ₹1 Cr+ annually.

Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and negotiations.

Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital funnels.

Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM (preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills.

Languages : English, Gujarati, Hindi (mandatory).

Target-oriented with a growth mindset.

Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred (Immediate / 15 Days joiners).
