🚀 About the Role : Join us as a dynamic HR Manager overseeing a diverse group of businesses! You’ll lead and execute all HR functions—from crafting people strategies to championing culture and compliance—across multiple companies.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement HR policies and processes across business units.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent development.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration and overall HR operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving grievances and guiding performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and HR best practices.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Qualifications :
Proven track record (5+ years) in HR management, preferably across multiple business units or companies.Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, HR policies and compliance requirements.Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on operations.Experience with payroll systems, benefits and performance management frameworks.MBA in HR or a related field is a plus.Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Flexibility for hybrid / remote may be considered for exceptional candidates.
